6:00 to 9:00 p.m. each evening

 

Welcome to Anacortes Middle School

2008-09

During open house you will receive a packet that contains all the information and forms you will need for open house.  Please feel free to do the following tasks in any order you like during that evening.

 

Priority items:

• Map - Use the building map to tour the building and find your classrooms.
• Schedule – Follow your schedule and meet your teachers.
• Book card – Present your card at the bookroom (upstairs) and check out your text books.
• Picture Packet – In the commons, have your picture taken for student ID cards and yearbook, even if you are not buying packets of pictures.
• P.E. Uniforms – Pay your fee in the office and then show your receipt and pick up the uniform at the tables in the gym foyer.
• Pay fees for uniform, mealtime, sports, and yearbook in the office.

 

Other activities in the commons:

• Sports – See the Athletic Director to sign up for sports.
• PTSA – Ice cream social and membership sign-up.
• Yearbook – Meet the yearbook advisor and get information on the yearbook.
• Mealtime – Speak to district food service personnel about the Mealtime program.

 

Please complete the following forms and turn them in before you leave:

• Emergency Card
• Internet agreement
• Health insurance (optional)
• Free and reduced lunch form (optional)
